The ILX Forum brings together global leaders in development finance and institutional investment to explore how private capital can accelerate sustainable growth and climate transition in Emerging Markets and Developing Economies (EMDEs).

Since launching in 2022, ILX has become a leading asset manager in the development finance space, co-investing with Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs) and Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) in over 65 high-impact projects across 24 countries. With USD 1.7 billion under management from Dutch and Danish pension funds, ILX delivers stable returns aligned with the SDGs and climate goals.
