Norsif informs: Nature in Investment Decisions

The PRI Association and Storebrand Asset Management are delighted to invite you to a morning event on collaborative investor engagement on nature and responsible political engagement.

The latest IPBES Business and Biodiversity Assessment, launched in February 2026, provides businesses and financial institutions with clear guidance on how to measure and report on their interactions with nature. Yet, with fewer than 1% of publicly reporting companies disclosing their impacts on nature, investors have a key role to play in ensuring that companies implement transparent and credible strategies consistent with long-term value creation. Collaborative engagements and dialogues, such as the PRI’s Spring initiative, are central to delivering on the global goal of halting and reversing biodiversity loss.

The IPBES report also highlights how the business environment and large subsidies, supported by corporate lobbying, continue to drive biodiversity loss. We are therefore delighted to have Dylan Tanner, the CEO of InfluenceMap, join us to discuss investor's role in ensuring responsible political engagement.
